PORTA SPORTS BOOSTERS
Welcome to the PORTA Sports Booster Website. We hope that you will join the booster club!
PORTA Sports Booster Club is comprised of dedicated parents, guardians, alumni, coaches, school administrators, faculty, staff and community members. Our goals and objectives are to:
- Promote the athletic programs of PORTA JR/SR High through concession sales and other promotional events
- Assist in building team and school spirit and pride
- Preserve the athletic programs of PORTA JR/SR High
Sports Booster is your organization and without you none of this would be possible!
Bluejay spirit is soaring! As the sports boosters reorganize, they hope to reach new heights with a plan that prepares for tomorrow by building on yesterday. A special thank you to past officers that have provided a solid foundation for this organization!
Meetings are the first Wednesday of the month in the JR/SR High commons at 6:00pm

Volunteers Needed!
We need your help to work concessions. Volunteer a few hours of your time this season and show the athletes you care! Contact any Booster officer to sign up or for more information. It is up to the coaches and parents of each sport to operate the concession stand if they want it open during their events.
To obtain directions to any away sporting contest go to IHSA,click on school directory, find the desired school and you can access directions from Petersburg to that school, and then click on school directory and choose the appropriate school and a direction map will be displayed.
