Arctic Animals by 2nd Grade

During the month of December, students in 2nd grade study a variety of animals that live in the arctic. The students read about the animals in their classrooms and then wrote a paragraph about the animal they selected. After writing the paragraph the students came to the computer lab and typed the information. They learned how to change the font size, color and style as well as how to move objects around on the page. After the picture was inserted, Mrs. Thomas assisted them in recording their voices as they read their paragraph. Click on the show to hear the students reading their paragraphs.
