Title: e-lounge in the library
The PORTA Jr./Sr. High School Library received a generous donation from the graduating classes of 2012 and 2011. With the money, an e-lounge with Italian leather chairs was born!!! The purpose of this area is to provide a relaxing haven for upper classmen to work on their laptops, be on their phones, read a book/magazine, or just relax! Students can enjoy this e-lounge during their study halls or while they are assigned as teachers' assistants. Kudos to the Class of 2011 and 2012 for this endeavor! We must also thank Mrs. Perez for her hard work in making this happen! She is pictured with some of the first upper classmen to sit in the e-lounge!
