Mr. Bicknell grew up in Bluffs, Illinois and earned his diploma from Bluffs High School. He then attended Eastern Illinois University where he earned his B.A. in Speech Communication. Mr. Bicknell finished his Master's Degree in Educational Leadership from Western Illinois University in 2011. Along with his Master's Degree, he holds a Type 75 (General Administration) certificate.
In his free time, Mr. Bicknell loves playing golf, tennis, and basketball. He currently is an assistant coach on the PORTA High School boys basketball team. He enjoys watching St. Louis Cardinal baseball and Fighting Illini Basketball.
