The PORTA District has seen a rapid increase in Covid Positive and symptomatic cases in our staff in the past two days. As a result the District will move to full remote teaching. Tomorrow, September 8th 2020 will be a remote planning day for staff, as such students will not log on tomorrow for learning. Remote Learning will begin on Wednesday Sept 9th. If your student needs supplies, books or technology from the school please contact your building’s office tomorrow to make arrangements to pick those materials up. This phase of remote learning will continue until Sept 18th with in-person resuming on Sept 21st for Group A Students and September 24th for Group B students.
Meals may be picked up at your building between the hours of 10 am and 12 noon this week, with Meal delivery beginning on Monday September 14th. If you are in need of a meal and are unable to pick those meals up between the state hours please call your principal’s office to arrange for another pick-up time.
