Request a Transcript

Current and future PORTA High School graduates (2024 & beyond) will need to make transcript requests by contacting school counselor, Linnay Taylor, by phone 217-632-3216 option 4 or by email ltaylor@porta202.org.

Did you graduate 2023 or before?

Anyone that graduated from PORTA High School in 2023 or before will need to make transcript requests by contacting Robin Clark by email at cclark@porta202.org. 

When emailing about a transcript request, please include:

• Your name at time of graduation.
• Year of graduation.
• Name and address/email address of where the transcript should be sent.
